RULES

  • No knobbies or slicks. Rain tires permitted in amateur classes only.

  • If you damage the track with water, gas, antifreeze or poor sportsmanship, YOU WILL BE BLACK FLAGGED!

  • Gasoline is not allowed in the building. There will be a gas storage area outside of the building. Motorcycles must be filled with gas outside of the arena. DO NOT RUN YOUR MOTORCYCLE IN THE BUILDING!!!! Wait until instructed to start your motorcycle.

  • All bikes MUST have catch cans to collect the radiator overfull and excess gas from carburetor.

  • All pits must have fire extinguisher.

  • No electricity is provided. No gas powered generators are allowed inside the building. Battery powered electrical sources are permitted.

  • Participants will load in the BMO Harris Bradley Center using the 1127 N. 4th St. entrance. Participants are responsible for finding their own secured parking. Load in at 9:00am, sign up at 9:00am-12:00pm. Riders meeting at 12:30pm. Practice 1:30pm. Heats begin at 4:00pm. Doors open at 5:00pm. National Anthem at 7:00pm.

  • Heats are 6 riders per. Mains are 12 riders per. Starts are off the green light. In the case of malfunction, starts will be by green flag.

  • No alcohol is allowed in the pits.

  • All riders must wear full face helmets, long sleeves, gloves and ankle high boots.

  • All bikes must have headlights/tail lights/turn signals taped and covered. NO KICKSTANDS.

  • Pit passes are sold at the gate. $20 per entry, 2 guests per rider, no pit passes will be sold after riders meeting.

  • Rider’s boot is covered in carpet material or duct tape

  • Left foot-peg must be padded and taped up or removed. Divots in the concrete will not be tolerated.

  • All riders will have current AMA membership. Annual and one day memberships will be available for sale. ALL minors, even Pro riders, must have AMA annual release in your possession.

  • ALL persons in the pits must sign liability waiver.

  • District 16 points are NOT awarded for any support divisions.

  • Expert purse: 1st - 30% (of total purse), 2nd - 21%, 3rd - 14%, 4th - 9%, 5th - 6%, 7th - 4%, 8th - 3%, 9th - 2.5%, 10th - 2%, 11th - 1.5%, 12th - 1%

  • Posted line up can change at prompter’s discretion.

  • No refunds or exchanges.

  • Bikes must not exceed reasonable exhaust smoke. The referee has the right to disqualify a rider for a bike having too much smoke.

  • NO WHINING.

  • No pros in amateur classes.

  • Flat Out Friday does not pay show up money to riders.
